A smart mobile device, smartphone, or tablet, with the 7Pay TapToMobile solution, behaves the same as a traditional EFT POS terminal. The solution provides the same already known, simple, and secure payment experience to the both merchant and customer.

Generated digital receipt can be distributed to the customer by sending a text message or email, previewing a QR code on the screen, or even printing it out on a Bluetooth or Wifi printer.
The merchant enters the transaction amount by using the virtual keyboard. It is as easy and intuitive to use as any other smartphone app.
The merchant shows the transaction amount to the customer, asking the customer to present the card or smart device on the contactless reader of the smartphone.
If needed by the card scheme (for transactions over 30 €), the PIN PAD prompts on the phone screen and the customer can enter the PIN securely through our vTEE* module.

When the transaction goes through the 7Pay platform, the 7Pay TapToMobile app informs that the transaction was successful, as any traditional EFT POS device would.
